Skydive Dubai: The Palm Dropzone Policy

1. Physical & Age Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years or older (Gregorian calendar). A valid passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for check-in.

• Weight & BMI Limits (Strictly Enforced):

  • Women: Weight: 90.0 kg (198 lbs) or less. BMI: 27.5 or less.

  • Men: Weight: 100.0 kg (220.5 lbs) or less. BMI: 30.0 or less.

  • Note: Guests are weighed with their shoes and clothes on at check-in.

• Seniors: Guests aged 70 years and older must provide a "Declaration of Fitness" form signed and stamped by a doctor before arrival.

2. Health & Safety Restrictions

• Medical Conditions: You must provide a doctor’s certificate if you have a history of epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, heart/lung disease, high blood pressure, or neurological disorders.

• Pregnancy: Expecting mothers are not permitted to skydive.

• Substance Policy: No alcohol or drugs in your system for at least 24 hours before your jump.

• Scuba Diving: You must avoid scuba diving for at least 24 hours before your skydive to avoid decompression sickness.

3. Dress Code

• Clothing: Wear comfortable, athletic clothes (T-shirts with sleeves and shorts that cover the thigh area for harness comfort).

• Prohibited: Low-cut tops, sleeveless shirts, collared shirts, crop tops, and white/light-colored clothes (they may get dirty).

• Footwear: Laced-up sneakers or sports shoes only. No sandals, boots, heels, or shoes with buckles/studs.

• Accessories: All jewelry, watches, and loose items must be removed and stored in the provided lockers.

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.

• Weather Policy: Skydiving is weather-dependent. If your jump is cancelled due to high winds or rain, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

• Refunds: Bookings are generally non-refundable for personal reasons, including not meeting the weight/BMI requirements or being under the influence.

• Name Changes: Booking names must match your ID. Changes to misspelled names may incur an administration fee .
